Susan Wielechowski is a dedicated professional specializing in behavioral care for individuals with Dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome—a condition often related to alcohol and opioid use. With over 20 years of experience in this field, Susan has worked extensively with populations affected by these conditions, including those living with Parkinson’s disease. She is acutely aware of the challenges posed by the “silver tsunami,” particularly in Northern Arizona, where there is a shortage of caregivers to support an aging population. In response to this pressing need, Susan established the Circle of Life Senior Resource Center and Alzheimer’s Assisted Living Homes in Yavapai County, aiming to better support seniors and their families as they navigate the complexities of the healthcare system.
Owner – Circle of Life Resource Center, LLC (2024–Present)
In her role as owner, Susan is responsible for marketing the Center and coordinating speakers and support group leaders. She has established specialized departments to assist the senior community with Medicare, Medicaid, and VA questions, as well as enrollment in new coverage options. The Center is dedicated to helping families find the best care alternatives for their loved ones, whether that involves long-term care, home health, or hospice services. Susan is committed to supporting families with offering Family Caregiver Training Courses and Caregiving Manuel.
