Born and raised in Southern California, Rick is an experienced Project Manager / Project Architect with a demonstrated history of working in the Architecture & Planning industry. Licensed Architect for the States of Arizona, Montana, and Wyoming and is NCARB certified. 20+ years of experience in an Architectural office environment with additional experience in engineering and construction offices. Progressive experience on various projects in the states of; Arizona, California, Montana, North Dakota, Texas and Wyoming. Including, but not limited to; ground up and remodel construction of commercial, medical, multi-residential, residential, light industrial, factory, restaurant, K-12, Universities and Colleges. Various project type knowledge ranging from conceptual design and construction documentation through construction contract administration and project closeout. Strong program and project management professional with a Bachelor of Architecture focused in Architecture from New School of Architecture and Design.
When not in the office, Rick likes to spend time outdoors either hiking, camping or Jeeping with his wife Sue of 23 years and dogs Bandit and Outlaw. He has lived in various parts of the Country and has decided that Prescott, Arizona was a great place to hang his shingle to continue his Architecture career and call home.
