When choosing the right housing option for yourself or your loved one, it can be overwhelming and frustrating. We help eliminate stress and provide several resources including financial advice, moving your things and planning and more. We set up tours and sit alongside you and your loved ones throughout the whole process.
Our 5-step process helps our Advisors identify your unique needs to tailor information and referrals. We start with an in-depth assessment over the phone or in person. We have proprietary software that specializes in helping our families match the best communities or care home that fits their needs. We have profiles on each place that is emailed to you to view before we tour.
We help to understand the questions to ask that will provide the right level of care and amenities in the budget that you can afford.
When do you know it’s time for a change? These are some considerations to think about:
- Simplification: Need to downsize, reduce responsibilities of home ownership and find completion of those responsibilities too difficult.
- Safety: If a person has wandered off alone, left the stove unattended, left the water running, suffered injuries from falling or not caring for their pets properly.
- Physical Decline: Inexplicable weight gain or loss, unkept presence, ripped or soiled clothes, increased difficulty getting from bed to bathroom and/or experiencing incontinence issues.
- Hospital Visits: In need of after-care, the doctor says you can’t go home
