Business Name: Prescott Maid to Order
I was born and raised on a cattle ranch in Chihuahua Mexico, the youngest of 8 (6 sisters 2 brothers). I moved to Prescott Valley, Arizona in the year 2000, right after finishing high school. I continued my education, taking a variety of college small business related classes to expand my knowledge and understanding of today’s business environment, as well as starting the process to obtain United States citizenship. I officially become a US citizen in 2010. I started my first business in 2005 as a sole proprietor without a single employee. 16 years later, I am very proud to say I now have 2 well-established and 2 start up businesses and employ and manage more than 80 people. Prescott Maid to Order, my first company, which I started in 2005 with me being the sole owner and only employee offering residential house cleaning. Over the years, I have expanded my businesses because I know how important it is for families to have a stable place to work and a workplace to call home. My involvement in area organizations has been one key to my success. I am a proud member of the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce, Prescott Chamber of Commerce, Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce, Prescott Valley Economic Development Foundation, Yavapai Country Contractors Association, and the Prescott Area Association of Realtors, Republican Nation Hispanic Association of Yavapai County, among others. I have won many awards and commendations through the years including The Courier Readers’ Choice Award for several years in a row, Prescott Living Magazine Women In Business Achievement Award, Quad Cities Business News Best of Business as well as many others. I am honored by these awards, but give the credit to my team because without them I could not have achieved the success I’ve enjoyed. |
