The Prescott Area Association of REALTORS® (PAAR) is a non-profit trade organization dedicated to helping its nearly 2,500 REALTOR® members find success. PAAR is dedicated to providing services, resources and support that our members need to thrive in the real estate industry including an independent multiple listing service, educational resources through our own school, and more.
The Association is active in the Quad Cities area working with non-profits, local governments, and industry professionals to build a better community, advocate for private property rights, and protect the real estate industry.

The Prescott Area School of Real Estate
The Prescott Area School of Real Estate was established on July 2, 2020 and currently has 16 instructors and nearly 100 available courses. The school exists to equip you with the tools you need to be a successful REALTOR®. Whether you are just getting started in the business or are a seasoned agent, we are here to help you.
Our school offers a variety of classes, including:
- Continuing Education
- MLS
- Certifications
- Designations
- Lunch & Learns
Our traditional classroom setting allows you to interact with other students and learn concepts through a hands-on approach. We also offer virtual learning opportunities for those who need that flexibility.
All our instructors are leaders in the industry and bring practical, real-world experience to each class. They have a passion for inspiring and educating real estate professionals at every stage of their career.
